When purchasing a CSA share you are agreeing to…
pick up your share on a weekly basis- the dates and times you select.
If you are unable to pick-up notify Big Muddy Urban Farm via email residents@bigmuddyurbanfarm.org or phone/voicemail (402) 401-4252 by Sunday, noting if someone will be picking up in your absence or if your share should be donated.
Risk Sharing:
In addition to supporting small local growers and sharing the bounty of Big Muddy’s harvest, joining the CSA also means you are willing to share the risk of inclement weather or crop failure. In the event that crops are damaged, Big Muddy Urban Farm will do our best to provide the quantities and varieties available. Simply put: we’re in this together!
CSA registration opens April 16, 2020.

Our Core Values
Community
Call us up, say hi when we pass each other on the sidewalk, come check out our plots- We know food is the greatest beginning to any relationship so we look forward to getting to know you!
Empowerment
Interested in growing food or just want tasty fresh vegetables on your plate? We will make sure you get the “know how” needed to make your goals, your reality.
Stewardship
We can ensure your vegetables come from no where else but garden plots tended to with natural practices, full of healthy soil, plenty of sun, and the perfect amount of H2O.
Accessibility
The idea is that food grown in your community is yours. It is our goal that the typical barriers people face when buying fresh produce such as physical distance and cost are minimal.
